Every iDuctor is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty and a 14-day return window. Whether you have received the wrong product, changed your mind or are dealing with a technical fault, we handle it directly and efficiently.

Manufacturer warranty
12-month warranty on every iDuctor
If your iDuctor develops a fault within 12 months of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, you will receive a replacement unit after we receive and inspect the defective device. The warranty is void in case of external damage, incorrect use or unauthorised modification.

Statutory return right
14-day return window, no questions asked
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong product? You can return any unused iDuctor item within 14 days of receipt, free of charge. The cooling-off period starts the moment your order is delivered. Returns are handled via PostNL through our partner MyParcel.

- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Return in the original packaging where possible

- Refund after inspection of the returned item
