Terms and Conditions

All offers are without engagement and subject to availability. The agreement is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail.

• These terms apply to every order through idtools.eu
• Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding
• Deviations from these terms only apply if agreed in writing
• We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be verified or paid
• If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force

Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. The applicable VAT is calculated automatically during checkout.

• Deliveries within the Netherlands: 21% Dutch VAT
• EU businesses with a validated VAT number: VAT reverse charged (0%)
• EU consumers: 21% VAT, calculated at checkout
• Outside the EU: no Dutch VAT (export); local import duties and taxes are borne by the customer

Payment takes place during checkout using one of the payment methods offered.

• Payments are processed securely by MultiSafepay
• Orders are processed after successful payment
• Delivered products remain our property until full payment (retention of title)

Every order is shipped free of charge, wherever you are in the world.

• Free worldwide shipping on every order
• Delivery times shown are indicative, not strict deadlines
• Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle you to compensation
• The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment of delivery

Consumers in the European Union may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

• Notify us within 14 days of receipt at info@idtools.eu
• Return within 14 days of your notice: unused, complete and in the original packaging where possible
• The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by you
• Full refund within 14 days via the original payment method
• Not applicable to products made to your specifications or to business purchases

The warranty period starts on the date of delivery. See also our Warranty and Returns page.

• Covers material and manufacturing defects
• Not covered: normal wear, such as heating coils (consumables)
• Not covered: incorrect use and unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Statutory consumer rights (conformity) remain unaffected

Always follow the user manual and safety instructions when using our products.

• For business customers, liability is limited to the invoice value of the products concerned
• No liability for indirect damage such as loss of production or profit
• Liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including towards consumers — is never excluded

Complaints can be sent to info@idtools.eu; we aim to respond within 5 working days.

• Dutch law applies to all agreements
• Disputes with business customers: competent court in the district of Zeeland-West-Brabant (NL)
• Consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence
