Which induction coil do I need?
The whole iDuctor coil range in one table: the metric sizes, the Power+ coils, the flexible coils and the special shapes, with the model each one fits.
A close fit is what makes induction fast
Choose the coil that closes around the nut or bolt head without touching it. A close fit is what puts the energy into the steel instead of into the air around it.
That is the whole selection rule. Everything below follows from it: pick the size that matches the fastener, and reach for a flexible or shaped coil when nothing round will go around the part.
- Metric coils from M8 up to M30
- Power+ coils for the W2000 120V and the W2300 Power+
- Flexible coils from 1100 mm to 3000 mm
- Open and shaped coils for parts a closed coil will not reach
Every coil and the iDuctor it fits
The Power+ coils are the one real restriction in the range: they are used on the W2000 120V and the W2300 Power+, not on the W1200. Everything else fits all three.

Single coils or a set
The eight-coil set covers M8 to M30 and the six-coil Power+ set covers the Power+ range. If the sizes coming across the bench vary from day to day, a set is the practical buy; if one size dominates the work, order that coil on its own.
When nothing round will fit
The Flexcoil FL1100 is the 1100 mm flexible coil. You wrap it around a part that no shaped coil fits around, which is what makes it the answer for irregular and awkward components.
Wind as few turns around the part as the job allows; the manual is explicit about that.
Changing coils costs no tools
Coils click into the clamping mechanism by hand. Swapping from one size to the next is a two-second job, which is why working across several sizes in a day is no reason to slow down.
