Professional induction heating

Which iDuctor do I need?

Choose by part size, frequency of use and the heaviest job you regularly perform.

In practice

Start with the work, then choose the system

The highest wattage is not automatically the best choice. A compact system can be ideal for routine automotive fasteners, while larger parts and repeated heating benefit from more output.

All three product families are available with a Basic Kit and a Professional Kit. The Professional Kit adds a broader coil selection for technicians who meet different fastener sizes every day.

  • W1200: compact 1200 W system for routine work
  • W2000: 2000 W all-round workshop capacity
  • W2300 Power+: 2300 W for demanding heavy work
  • Basic or Professional Kit according to accessory needs

A controlled working method

Three questions narrow down the choice

Consider the largest parts you heat, how often the tool runs each day and whether you need a broad coil range immediately. Product compatibility is shown on each accessory and iDuctor page.

A controlled working method

The correct coil, controlled heat and a short inspection make the difference.

Choose the correct coil

Match the coil shape and diameter to the ferrous part. A close fit transfers energy efficiently.

Heat in a controlled way

Start with the lowest practical setting and monitor the part. Avoid unnecessary heating cycles.

Finish the job safely

Switch off before changing a coil, allow hot parts to cool and follow the instructions in the manual.
